In Islamic calendar Ramadan is the ninth month serial wise. It is compulsory that each Muslim do Fasting in the whole month of Ramadan. The purpose of Ramadan is not to do cruelty by the religion on someone due to this we think it hard work.Research has  proven that fasting the whole month in one year improves your health and deals with your stomach problems. Many people think that they are feeling weakness due to Ramadan but reality is that weakness due to fasting is just only their  planning in eating discipline.
In Shari and Aftari Timing if we use proper food and healthy eatings then there will be no problem to us during Ramadan.
  • Lack of proper sleep during Ramadan.
  • You are not having your proper nutrients in your diet
  • Consume caffeine i.e. in the form of tea or coffee or other drinks
  • You have nothing to do and you are getting bored
  • You are too much focusing on the food and are waiting for breaking time of fast
These are some common issues that are reality of the issue of weakness during Ramadan. In order to deal with such weakness issues you need to adopt some simple habits. Some of them are given below.
